About Certinox
Built by builders who needed a better way
As multifamily developers and contractors, we know the reality firsthand: the kitchen plays an outsized role in tenant first impressions - and can also be an outsized headache to execute.
Too often, the process is fragmented. Cabinets come from one source. Countertops from another. Installation and quality assurance involve multiple moving parts. And the coordination burden lands back on the builder.
That's why we founded Certinox.
We are not another cabinet company.
Certinox is the kitchen company we want on our own projects: one accountable team that understands both the product and the project.
Our founders
-
Simon is a developer and contractor with more than a decade of experience in the Philadelphia market. Through his own multifamily projects, he has developed a practical understanding of the layouts, budgets, schedules, trade coordination, and field decisions that shape both the construction process and the finished unit. The challenges he encountered managing kitchen scopes on his own projects became the starting point for Certinox.
-
Moshe brings experience in residential construction, contracting, flooring, materials, and supply operations. After managing residential construction in New York City and later relocating to Philadelphia, Moshe and Simon developed their partnership while working together on construction projects. Moshe’s operational background and understanding of material flow, installation, and jobsite execution help shape the way Certinox connects product supply with the realities of the jobsite.
Together, Simon and Moshe saw the same gap from two sides: builders needed more than a cabinet supplier, and product delivery needed to be connected to the realities of the jobsite. Certinox was built to bring those pieces together.

The confidence that someone was truly taking ownership
From the beginning, it was clear that Certinox was built by people who understand construction. Simon and Moshe looked beyond the cabinets and countertops and considered how the kitchen scope affected the plans, schedule, trades, and finished units. Their builder’s perspective made the process more organized and gave us the confidence that someone was truly taking ownership.
